Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or text.

Refunds

More than 14 days before the event: 100% of the payment will be refunded.

Less than 14 days before the event: payment is non-refundable.

Event Modifications:

Any changes to the scope of the event or menu after confirmation may result in additional charges. These changes must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event date to allow for proper preparation.

Responsibility for Equipment:

When renting equipment such as trays, wooden boards, or display stands, the customer is responsible for returning the items in good condition. A replacement fee will be charged for any damaged or unreturned items.

Liability:

Platterly Inc. is not liable for any food-related allergies or reactions. Clients must notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.

Delivery, Setup, and Service Fees:

Any delivery charges, setup fees, or rental equipment will be outlined in the final invoice. Additionally, a ‘setup fee’ of $80/hr will be added to cover any staff involved in setup, breakdown, or labor during the event.
