Payment Policy

Payment Due Date

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon. For large events, a 50% deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due at the time of delivery.

Late Payments:

Late payments will incur a fee of $100 for each day the invoice is past the due date. If payment is not received within 30 business days, the account may be turned over to collections.

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made directly through our website, via E-Transfer, Debit, UnionPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, or Cheque.

Tax:

Applicable sales tax will be applied to the final invoice in accordance with Ontario’s tax regulations. This includes the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at a rate of 13%, unless the service is exempt or zero-rated under Canadian tax law. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable tax as part of the final amount due.
